Tracy Pisenti is a Partner and Realtor at Compass. She lives in Danville with her husband Mike and their three boys, Jake (19), Justin (17) and Grant (15). Tracy grew up in Piedmont and went to UC Santa Barbara, where she received her BA in Business Economics. After working in the banking business for two years, she returned to the University of San Diego and earned her MBA in International Business and Marketing. After graduation, Tracy worked for eight years in the property and casualty insurance industry, designing and implementing sales and service training and incentive programs. Tracy took a couple of years off when her boys were young, and returned to work in the real estate business ten years ago. She prides herself in taking an active role in the community. In 2005, she was the chairperson for Bid for Kids, raising more than $100,000 for educational programs at John Baldwin Elementary School. She has also volunteered her time with the Charlotte Wood Middle School auction and the San Ramon Valley High School 100 Year Gala auction, again helping to raise more than $100,000 for each of those schools. Tracy is also very active in many local sports teams with her children. Their family volunteers to support the Contra Costa Food Bank, Monument Crisis Center’s Adopt-a-Family program, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, The Wolf Foundation, Special Olympics and many other local community philanthropies. Tracy’s passion for the community she lives in, along with her years of business experience, make her a tremendous asset to her clients. Her positive attitude, “can-do” spirit, and attention to detail are what help to make each transaction as seamless as possible.
