As managing director of the iconic Peters + Hyland Group*, with career sales of over $2 Billion dollars, Jennifer Hyland has built her reputation brick by brick. She and her team have amassed an impressive array of accolades, awards and sales records from Palm Beach to Jupiter Island.

A trusted advisor to Buyers and Sellers as well as some of the area’s top home builders, Jennifer has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and most recently The Real Deal for closing the record highest per square foot sale in Palm Beach Gardens’ history. A seasoned businessperson, Jennifer has fostered a culture of excellence for over 20 years. She has an exceptional ability for prioritizing her client’s needs and charting a path for their success.

Jennifer grew up in CT and NY and is an alumna of Fairfield University where she studied journalism. Her first job was at Vogue Magazine. She later achieved success in leadership roles in the corporate world at Time Inc and Slim Fast Foods, both Fortune 100 Companies at the time. Jennifer also worked with acclaimed architect Helmut Jahn, opening his Madison Avenue office where clients included IBM, Cohen Brothers and the Trump Organization.

The culmination of Jennifer’s work and reputation is evidenced by her unparalleled network of clients, colleagues and industry resources. In 2021 Jennifer joined forces with Corcoran, a global leader in luxury real estate. She has successfully expanded her team to NY and CT.

Jennifer is actively involved in several local foundations and charitable endeavors in the Palm Beaches including Peggy Adams Animal Rescue, Meal on Wheels and Impact of the Palm Beaches.
